We are members of the Better Business Bureau, and we are proud to say that we have never had an unresolved complaint lodged against our company since our inception in January of 1997.   We are also Nationwide Insurance Blue Ribbon Contractors which is a certification given to only a few businesses in Texas.  We are also CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicators and Owens Corning Certified Installers.

Texas Star Roofing, Inc. specializes in insurance negotiations.  Your Insurance Company employs a professional claims adjuster to represent their best interest.  You should have a professional contractor making sure you receive the benefits you are entitled to.  Our customer-oriented service includes a free roof inspection, and representation of our customers with their insurance carriers.

We provide written estimates, as well as written labor and manufacturer warranties.  Our approach to our customers is aimed at providing them with the information they need to make an informed decision with none of the high-pressure tactics our industry is known for.
