Texas Star Roofing, Inc. is a Plano based company serving the roofing needs of the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex and customers throughout the state of Texas.  Texas Star Roofing is owned by Lee Williamson.  Lee is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in finance, and a native of Dallas. 

We are by design a medium sized company.  We feel that we are better able to give our customers the personal attention they deserve, and at the same time monitor more closely the quality workmanship we expect on each and every installation by maintaining a more manageable sized operation. 

We are members of the Better Business Bureau, and we are proud to say that we have never had an unresolved complaint lodged against our company since our inception in January of 1997.   We are also members of numerous trade associations and you can visit these links by clicking “Links/References” in the left margin.

Texas Star Roofing, Inc. specializes in insurance negotiations.  Your Insurance Company employs a professional claims adjuster to represent their best interest.  You should have a professional contractor making sure you receive the benefits you are entitled to.  Our customer-oriented service includes a free roof inspection, and representation of our customers with their insurance carriers.

We provide written estimates, as well as written labor and manufacturer warranties.  Our approach to our customers is aimed at providing them with the information they need to make an informed decision with none of the high-pressure tactics our industry is known for.

Our product line consists of all of the major brands, and we encourage our customers to select the roofing material which they feel will enhance and improve the value of their property.  Our professional crews are certified by a number of manufacturers and experienced in all types of roofing applications including composition, steel / metal (interlocking panel, stone coated steel, and standing seem), tile, slate, faux slate, modified and single ply membranes, such as TPO and EPDM.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the roofing job your folks recently did on my house.  The price was quite fair and the job was completed on time.

My particular roof required that two layers of old roofing be removed; a layer of regular shingles and a layer of cedar shingles below that.  The clean up was very thorough and looking around the perimeter of the house you can hardly tell that the roof had been completely removed and replaced.  Even the attic was suprisingly free of debris.

Finally, Mr. Sieverman's no-pressure sale and attention before and after the job made for results that exceeded my expectation.

I wanted to drop you a note regarding the performance from Lee Williamson, Jay Williamson and the field crews with Texas Star Roofing in Plano.

Lee and Jay visited my home during the bid process.  Jay found the exact shingle color, profile and venting that I desired. The pricing was not only competitive but by far more professional than most all the other companies attempting to sell me a roof.  When I requested a Certificate of Insurance their insurance agent was prompt in mailing me a copy.

Jay worked with my insurance adjuster on site gaining approval of the insurance claim.  The monies arrived 44 hours later for full settlement.

They scheduled my roof replacement for last Thursday with materials arriving the day before.  The crew was prompt to show on time prepared to work.  In three hours they had the complete removal done and dry in completed.  I had ask what time they anticipated completion in the morning with their reply being 6:00 P.M.  The crew drove off fully done at 6:08 P.M.

I can tell you that Texas Star Roofing was First Class from the initial quotation to the very end.  I have attached a picture of the front view of the new roof.

The new roof and gutter installation went well and looks great. I interviewed and received proposals from two other local roofers who were not as competitive with pricing and quality. The installation crew came early and stayed late and the work was completed promptly and with superior quality. The cleanup also was very good and all the old material was safely contained even though there were extremely high winds during the strip off of the old roofing and installation of the new roof.
